What is Guildford BCRP?
Guildford BCRP was established in 2013 to allow businesses to securely share information on known offenders in the retail and hospitality sector.
Since it's beginnings we now operate a robust exclusion scheme which will ban prolific shoplifters and troublemakers from all scheme member's venues whilst also case building for Surrey Police and the local authority.
Together we are making Guildford a safer and more welcoming town for everyone.
Member benefits
Collating intelligence on known shoplifters and troublemakers
Excluding from private premises on a ‘banned from one banned from all’ basis.
Working with Surrey Police, local authority and partners to enforce those exclusions and prevent further offences.
Deliver local crime reduction initiatives and assist with rehabilitation of offenders.
Our partners
The Guildford BCRP has an excellent working relationship with many agencies across the city. We are firm supporters of the partnership working approach and it is our belief that with the strong links we have developed we can, together, beat business crime and continue to make Guildford a safer place for everyone to enjoy.
